
Domaine Wéris is still in its infant years where the focus is on making the vines stronger given them the time to settle. Over the past two years we have already harvested the first produce and tackled the process of making wine of great grapes.
The first attempts were good but not solid enough to claim to have a qualitative product yet! It will take time to get to where we want to be.
But you can already taste the soil and its surroundings in the baseline product, exactly what we were aiming for. It is maturity which is missing and that time will bring us.
If everything goes well, our first public tasting session will be held at the estate in 2025. There is still a lot of preparation needed to do that successfully but we will make it happen.
